How I cracked the code to Sustainable Fat Loss
My interest in exercise started when I was 16, back in school and a scrawny basketball player.

Working out helped me get stronger and that really helped me on the basketball court too.As an Indian, I finished my Undergrad, Post Grad and more nerdy courses BUT exercising was always part of my life.
The biggest obstacle I faced to my staying fit was after being in IT for about 13 years.
Work pressure became so high that I stopped working out in an attempt to get that next promotion.
I put on a few kilos due to this lifestyle with no exercise and hated it.
​I quit IT, did courses in Personal Training, Prehab and Rehab and a Diploma in Lifestyle and Nutrition.​​This Diploma in Lifestyle and Nutrition absolutely changed everything in my life.
​
I understood nutrition and realized that we are all basically eating ourselves to obesity due to lack of access to the right information to stay fit and healthy.​
​These courses gave me the knowledge to help my friends and family who were struggling to find the balance between health and life without living in the gym or kitchen.​
I decided to actively help my friends and family with sustainable weight loss and after seeing great results themselves, they convinced me to coach people full time.
​
So HERE I am.​​
I understand how stressful life can be when you have a demanding job and other commitments too.
