Adjustable dumbbells are a great option to help save on space. I would recommend these for those who are looking to get stronger and have their own space to exercise at home without interruptions from little kids.
b) Hykes Unbreakable Resistance Bands Set
This is a great option for those who travel a lot or have little kids at home.
c) Pedometer / Smart watch (optional)
If you do not own a smart watch, then you can download GoogleFit for free (Android users) or AppleHealth to count your steps without using a smart watch. If you prefer not having your phone on you at all times, then please use any smart watch that counts your steps.
3. Tracking Results
We will be tracking results using a digital weighing scale and a measuring tape
a) Body Weight Digital Weighing Scale
We need to measure body weight every morning so this is very essential for tracking progress.
b) Measuring Tape
If there is no other tape available then this is a temporary option that may be used. Please note that this is prone to error so do take these measurements with a pinch of salt.
c) Retractable Measuring Tape (recommended)
I highly recommend purchasing this tape as it helps in taking accurate measurements as compared to other alternative.
